Job Summary
Responsible for managing daily operations of the toddy outlet, ensuring compliance with excise regulations and smooth functioning of the unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day outlet operations.
- Handle and maintain excise registers and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with excise rules and regulations.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous bar experience candidates preferred.
- Should know handling of excise registers.
- Knowledge of toddy mixing is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
