Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Road & Highway Construction Projects and be capable of independently managing site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, and project progress. Candidates with experience in PWD, Highway Projects, DLC, PMC Coordination, JCB Operations, and PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) will be preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Project Management
- Plan, supervise, and execute day-to-day road construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor overall site progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
2. Road & Highway Construction
- Supervise earthwork, excavation, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DLC, PQC, drainage, culverts, and highway construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with PWD, MoRTH, IRC, and project specifications.
- Monitor construction quality at every stage.
3. Coordination
- Coordinate with PMC, PWD officials, consultants, contractors, surveyors, and internal teams.
- Attend technical meetings and resolve site-related issues.
- Liaise with clients and government authorities as required.
4. Equipment Management
- Plan and monitor the utilization of JCB, Excavators, Rollers, Graders, Pavers, Batching Plants, and other construction equipment.
- Ensure efficient deployment and productivity of machinery.
5. Quality & Safety
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure quality inspections and testing are completed.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality and safety concerns.
6. Planning & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review measurement books (MB), BOQs, DPRs, and contractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation, work records, and technical reports.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, surveyors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all project stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Road, Highway, and Infrastructure Projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of PWD Specifications, MoRTH, and IRC Guidelines.
- Experience in DLC, PQC, GSB, WMM, earthwork, and highway pavement construction.
- Expertise in PMC coordination and contractor management.
- Knowledge of JCB, Excavators, Rollers, Pavers, and other heavy construction equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Road, Highway, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Experience in PWD, NHAI, EPC, or Government Road Projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing road and highway construction projects from execution to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of DLC, PQC, PWD specifications, highway construction methodologies, and heavy equipment management.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
