Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

Role Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Relationship Manager with strong communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the entire buying journey until successful closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and end-to-end relationship management
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and property presentations
- Assist clients throughout the complete property buying lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal sales teams, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and updates in CRM systems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth transaction closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and property advisory (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in real estate sales or relationship management is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance
Additional incentives and performance-based bonuses may be offered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
