Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via brokers, channel partners & direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain broker/channel partner network.
- Coordinate site visits with clients.
- Share project details and handle initial queries.
- Follow up with leads for conversion.
- Maintain lead database & daily reports.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in real estate sourcing/sales.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong broker network (preferred).
- Target-driven & proactive.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
