We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Admin Executive with proven experience in managing end-to-end office administration. The ideal candidate will take ownership of administrative operations, vendor coordination, travel management, facility upkeep, and employee lifecycle support, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace functioning.

Independently manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and visa coordination

Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure seamless operational support across departments

Maintain and monitor office inventory (stationery, pantry supplies, IT assets, and equipment) with timely planning and restocking

Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of office supplies, IT equipment, and facility-related services

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including ID card issuance, access management, workspace readiness, and documentation

Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, leadership visits, and employee engagement initiatives

Act as the primary point of contact for facility management, ensuring proper upkeep, maintenance, and housekeeping standards

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to procurement, travel bookings, vendor contracts, and employee movements
