Job Description :-
- 3-5 years of hands-on site execution experience in high-rise residential RCC structures (minimum G+12) with a contractor or EPC firm
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, and waterproofing sequence
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings (architectural, structural) and coordinate with consultants for clarifications
- Experience in preparing and checking daily progress reports, labour productivity, and basic material reconciliation at site
- Exposure to bar bending schedule (BBS) checking and quantity take-off for civil works
- Working knowledge of site safety practices and quality checklists as per IS codes and company standards
- Willingness to work full-time from site in Ravet and manage multiple work fronts with subcontractors and labour
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and billing support
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
