The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- Talent Acquisition
- On boarding and Induction of new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Training & Development
- Labour law compliance
- Employee relation
- HR Policy formulation & implementation
Qualifications
- MBA/PG in HR/MSW/MHRM
- 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources
- Good understanding of HR concepts and labor legislation
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking
- Attention to detail and good judgement
Work Location : Sion , Mumbai.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
