- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Estimation & Quantity Take-Off.
- Ability to operate the Auto Level Machine.
- Supervise daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
- Plan and monitor daily site progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation.
- Verify completed work and contractor bills.
- Ensure proper curing, testing, and quality control.
- Report project progress, delays, and issues to management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
