Job Requirement – Production Incharge / Production Manager
We are hiring for our company, Thermacia Technology, a manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, cooling coils, evaporators, and HVAC coils.
We are looking for an experienced and capable person who has good knowledge of the refrigeration and HVAC industry and can independently handle complete production activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handling overall production operations
- Managing manpower and production planning
- Knowledge of cooling coils, evaporators, condensers, and HVAC products
- Maintaining quality standards and production targets
- Coordination with purchase, design, and dispatch departments
- Ensuring smooth factory operations
Requirements:
- Experience in refrigeration / HVAC manufacturing field
- Good technical knowledge of coils and refrigeration equipment
- Leadership and team handling capability
- Ability to manage complete production process independently
