We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for digital and print marketing materials.
- Create social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, packaging, product labels, and promotional materials.
- Develop visually engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Edit and retouch product images for marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Design presentations, exhibition materials, and corporate branding assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in skincare, cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG is preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva, and Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred.
- Creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing packaging and product labels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing creatives and social media trends.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
