Mishrikotkar Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, confident and energetic Marketing Executive for promoting our complete range of travel services, including:
- Domestic & International Air Tickets
- Hotel Bookings
- Domestic & International Holiday Packages
- Visa Assistance
- Travel Insurance
- Foreign Exchange
- Passport Assistance
The candidate will be responsible for a combination of Digital Marketing and Field Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Report to office at 10:00 AM and carry out assigned digital marketing activities.
- Promote company services through WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
- Follow up on marketing enquiries and existing leads.
- Assist in circulating promotional offers, holiday packages and travel deals.
Field Marketing:
- Visit selected shops, business establishments, corporate offices, professional offices, government offices and other potential clients across Nagpur.
- Meet owners, managers, decision-makers and concerned officials to introduce our company and services.
- Generate new leads and build long-term business relationships.
- Regularly revisit and follow up with prospective clients.
- Collect relevant contact details and maintain a proper database of prospects.
Daily Reporting
The candidate will be expected to maintain discipline and submit a daily activity report, including:
- Number of field visits completed
- Names of shops/offices/businesses visited
- Person contacted
- Contact details
- Response/feedback received
- Potential leads generated
- Follow-up required
- Digital marketing work completed during the day
Candidate Requirements
- Must have own two-wheeler/vehicle
- Valid driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and Marathi; workable English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing
- Smart, presentable and confident personality
- Good knowledge of Nagpur city and major commercial areas
- Comfortable with regular field visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Should be punctual and disciplined in daily reporting
- Previous experience in marketing, field sales, business development, travel, hospitality, banking, insurance or similar customer-facing roles will be preferred.
Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending upon the candidate's experience, communication skills and performance potential.
Petrol / field travel allowance will be paid separately.
Performance incentives may also be considered for candidates generating good-quality business.
