- Scope: Responsible for handling uniform division operations including client coordination, order management, measurements, production follow-up, inventory coordination, delivery management, and customer service.
2. Role Purpose
The Uniform Division Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end uniform order operations for schools, colleges, companies, institutions, and other bulk clients.
The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, production units, inventory teams, and delivery operations to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
The position focuses on maintaining order accuracy, timely delivery, operational coordination, and strong customer relationships within the uniform division.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Client Coordination & Order Handling
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, companies, and institutional clients regarding uniform requirements.
- Handle uniform inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Maintain proper communication with clients regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
B. Measurement & Order Processing
- Coordinate measurement collection activities for uniform orders.
- Ensure accurate size recording and order documentation.
- Prepare and maintain uniform order sheets and measurement records.
- Verify order specifications before production processing.
C. Production & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with production units, tailoring teams, and vendors.
- Monitor order progress and production timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
- Follow up on pending orders and production schedules.
D. Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Monitor fabric, accessories, and uniform stock availability.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper stock tracking and inventory updates.
- Assist in stock verification and material management.
E. Delivery & Dispatch Coordination
- Ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of uniform orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics teams.
- Verify delivery quantities and documentation before dispatch.
- Handle delivery-related customer concerns and escalations.
F. Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate billing documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain order records, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Support accounts team for payment reconciliation and collection tracking.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all uniform division activities.
G. Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Handle customer complaints related to fitting, delivery, or product quality.
- Coordinate alterations or corrections when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt response and support.
- Maintain professional customer service standards.
H. Reporting & Process Adherence
- Prepare daily and monthly order status reports.
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and customer updates.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and division checklists.
- Support management reporting and business analysis activities.

6. Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Textile, Fashion, or related field.
7. Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in uniform division, textile operations, retail coordination, or customer handling roles.
- Experience in textile, garment, or institutional uniform business preferred.
8. Additional Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and clients.
- Basic knowledge of garments, fabrics, and measurements preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
