Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor / CNC Setter – Programmer to manage CNC machining operations, programming, and shop floor productivity in our CNC machine shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming and setting of CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines
- Planning daily production activities and monitoring machine productivity
- Supervising and managing CNC machine operators
- Ensuring correct tool selection, tooling setup, and tool compensation
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and process requirements
- Monitoring machine hour utilization and cost calculations
- Ensuring proper dimension inspection of machined components
- Maintaining production quality and process efficiency
- Handling shift operations and shop floor coordination
Required Skills
- CNC Programming & Machine Setting
- VMC / HMC / VTL Operation Experience
- Complete Tooling Knowledge
- Machine Hour & Cost Calculation
- Engineering Drawing Interpretation
- Dimensional Inspection Knowledge

Key Qualifications
- Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop
- Strong knowledge in CNC Programming and Production Handling
- Flexible to work in shift operations
