Job Opening: Field Staff – Rice & Grain Loading / Quality Inspection
We are looking for experienced field staff with strong knowledge of rice, maize, and other grains. The candidate should have hands-on experience in grain loading, quality checking, and sampling, preferably with prior work experience in a rice sheller, rice mill, grain mandi, warehouse, or similar setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise loading of rice, maize, and other grains for supply to different ethanol plants.
- Check and identify grain quality before loading.
- Differentiate between various types and grades of rice, maize, and other grains.
- Collect proper samples using grain sampling equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and plant representatives during loading.
- Travel to different loading points as per business requirements.
- Ensure that the loaded material matches the required quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in rice sheller, rice mill, grain trading, warehouse, or grain loading operations.
- Good understanding of rice, maize, and grain quality parameters.
- Ability to identify different varieties and qualities of grains.
- Practical knowledge of using:
- Grain sampler and Grain probe / sampling probe
- Willingness to travel regularly.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently in the field.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capability.
