Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Back Desk Operator to manage daily backend operations and support our sales and service team for medical equipment operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle backend office operations and coordination
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports
- Maintain customer records and service documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and clients
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and order processing
- Maintain stock and dispatch records
- Support import/export and logistics documentation when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend or office operations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation efficiently
- Experience in medical equipment industry will be preferred
2. Import Export Documentation Executive
Job Description
We are hiring an Import Export Documentation Executive with experience in handling international shipment and medical equipment documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers
- Handle shipping documents including invoice, packing list, BOE, AWB, and LC documents
- Track shipments and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for dispatch planning
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Requirements
- Experience in import/export documentation and logistics
- Knowledge of customs clearance and shipping procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and email handling
- Experience in medical equipment or healthcare industry preferred
Pay: ₹12,142.00 - ₹37,115.66 per month
