We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth. You won't just be selling services; you’ll be acting as a strategic partner to clients, helping them solve complex business problems through our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing the deal.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client pain points and translate them into actionable IT project requirements for our delivery team.
- Pitching: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of IT trends (AI, DevOps, etc.) to position our services competitively.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services or SaaS.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is preferred.
