- Minimum 1 year of experience in garment merchandising
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of garment production & export processes
- Ability to coordinate with buyers, suppliers & production teams
- Good knowledge of Excel and documentation
- Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
