Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling & Rendering:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations using 3ds Max and V-Ray.
- Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and decor elements based on design concepts and technical drawings.
- Ensure accuracy in scale, proportions, and materials to reflect the design intent.
- Lighting & Texturing:
- Apply advanced lighting techniques to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
- Create and apply textures, materials, and finishes that align with the design specifications.
- Collaboration with Design Team:
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the visual appeal of designs.
- Post-Production:
- Use software like Photoshop or After Effects for post-processing to enhance renderings and animations.
- Ensure final deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Client Presentations:
- Prepare and present 3D visualizations to clients, ensuring clear communication of design ideas.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to visualizations.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Continuously improve skills and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role in an interior design or architecture firm.
- Expertise in 3ds Max and V-Ray is essential.
- Proficiency in other 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, Blender) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renderings of interior spaces is required.
