About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for Voice process to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an excellent customer experience through phone, email, chat, and social media channels in Chandigarh. This is a permanent Nightshift role. Apply only of you are 100% ok with it. We do provide cab facility to our employees
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Graduation mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
