Work Schedule
1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (India)
Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Write 4 original news articles per day
- Cover trending topics, entertainment updates, viral content, and major world news
- Research stories using credible and verified sources
- Fact-check all information before submission
- Write clear, engaging, and well-structured articles
- Create strong, SEO-friendly headlines
- Follow editorial guidelines and meet daily deadlines
- Publish and share completed articles on Reddit in relevant communities to increase visibility and engagement
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in news writing, journalism, blogging, or online publishing
- Strong English writing and grammar skills
- Ability to quickly identify trending topics and angles
- Skilled in researching and verifying information from reliable sources
- Comfortable covering entertainment, pop culture, and global current events
- Able to work independently and manage daily output
- Familiarity with Reddit (posting, formatting, and engaging in relevant subreddits) is required
- Experience with online publishing platforms is a plus
