ROLE PROFILE
Function/Domain BES Settlement
Role Location Chennai Positions Financial Analyst.
Job Profile:
Settlements – Drafting /Supplier Draft/Payouts/Cash Application Perform daily drafting for all rack related customers Process daily credit card transactions Work with Credit to determine adjustments related to drafting. Process payouts for rack customers. Process supplier drafts related to the branded rack business. Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries. Cash Application. Settlements – Billing Generating customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and operations data to confirm accuracy and completeness prior to distribution to customer. Creating miscellaneous invoices manually as required. Confirming completeness of monthly and other periodic billings. Distributing invoices timely to the customer. Resolving billing discrepancies or issues timely. Process and compile a daily cash application report supporting all payable transactions. Settlements – Actualizations Actualizing orders created by scheduling to movement documents, which includes activity for pipelines, ITT, bulk activity and Butane blending. Resolving movement actualization issues with Accounting and Scheduling. Customer Service. Providing good customer service for customers. Research. Performing researching relating to billing/drafting issues. Compliance. Preparing internal control documentation and evidence of controls. Reporting. Generate periodic reports as needed.
Skills required Experience 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Billing, Collections, or Deduction Management. Experience with international tax (VAT/Sales Tax) preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations). Familiari
