Job Summary
We are seeking qualified, dedicated, and enthusiastic Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) to teach students at the middle and secondary levels. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, curriculum-based instruction, assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students’ overall academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-based lessons for assigned subjects.
- Teach English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, and other subjects according to qualification and school requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, question papers, and teaching resources.
- Use interactive, activity-based, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, examinations, and revision sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide additional academic support where required.
- Identify individual learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop students’ critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance, academic, and assessment records.
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress when required.
- Participate in school functions, examinations, staff meetings, workshops, training programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management to improve academic outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. / equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of relevant teaching methodologies.
- Previous teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred.
