Job Description:
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Branch Manager for the Loans & Insurance division. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch sales operations, achieving business targets, handling customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch sales activities
- Generate business for loan and insurance products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support and guide sales executives/advisors
- Coordinate with team members and channel partners
- Generate leads and ensure successful conversions
- Maintain sales reports and customer records regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI, loan sales, or insurance sales
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in team handling and field sales operations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
