About the Role
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, campaign planning, content strategy, and performance analysis. You will play a key role in improving brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Handle day-to-day social media activities, audience engagement, and community management.
- Create and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and PR communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to improve online visibility and campaign performance.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media scheduling tools, and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
