Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer for solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with teams, monitoring installation work, and ensuring project completion on time.
Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in solar installation, electrical works, or site coordination will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise solar installation and site activities
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and daily work updates
- Ensure safety and quality standards at site
- Handle material follow-up and site documentation Support testing and commissioning activities
- Prepare basic reports and update Excel sheets
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of solar systems is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to visit project sites if required
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
