Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure customer success, drive renewals, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and drive retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare account performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Servicing.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience in SaaS, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technology is preferred.
