Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation. Maintain files, records, and office supplies. Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally. Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules. Assist with data entry and maintaining databases. Support HR, accounts, and other departments as required. Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
