About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and analytical Digital Performance Strategist with minimum 4 years experience to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, performance marketing, analytics, funnel optimization, and campaign strategy for eCommerce, SaaS, IT, and lead generation businesses.
This role requires someone who can drive actual measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies while staying updated with evolving AI-powered marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for eCommerce, SaaS, IT, and service-based brands.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions, lead quality, ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, CRM systems, and email automation platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, development, and sales teams for campaign execution and optimization.
- Support SEO and website performance initiatives through data-backed strategies.
- Use AI tools and automation platforms for marketing optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Good understanding of:
- Performance Marketing
- Marketing Funnels
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Google Tag Manager
- Campaign Analytics & Reporting
- Lead Generation Strategies
- Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, IT, or performance-focused brands.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Professional, confident and presentable individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or AI/Digital Marketing programs.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM workflows, email marketing, and customer journey optimization.
