About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the strategic growth of our industry-relevant training and internship programs. At Edxcellence, we bridge the gap between academia and industry for undergraduate students. In this role, you won’t just be closing deals; you will be directly empowering students with the practical skills required to launch competitive careers.
As this operates on a pure Revenue Share model, your earning potential is completely uncapped. We don't believe in putting a ceiling on your ambition—the more institutional partnerships you secure and the more student communities you cultivate, the higher your financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Partnerships & B2B Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with college managements, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and Heads of Departments (HODs) to facilitate bulk enrollments, college-wide workshops, and institutional alliances.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Proactively identify, engage, and convert undergraduate students and student groups into active learners through strategic outreach.
- Digital Outreach & Community Building: Design and execute high-converting outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram to build an active, engaged community of learners.
- Student Counseling & Career Advisory: Act as a trusted career consultant. Conduct deep-dive discussions with students to show how our hands-on projects (AI, Full-Stack, Cybersecurity, VLSI, etc.) directly elevate their resumes and employability.
- Revenue Optimization: Manage your sales pipeline metrics and consistently hit monthly enrollment targets to maximize your personal payout structure.
