About the Role
This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and wants to work closely with a founder building multiple ventures. As the Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator, you will become a central point of coordination across founder support, hiring, operations, project management, and day-to-day execution. We are looking for someone interested in growing alongside us over the long term and taking on increasing responsibility as the organisation evolves.

Mentors students aged 6–16 through personalised, long-term guidance across academics, extracurricular development, emotional wellbeing, and career exploration. Works with families across India, the Middle East, Singapore, the UK, and beyond. Has mentored over 500 students globally, including those from UWC, Eton, Dhirubhai Ambani International School, The British School, Harrow International, Jumeirah College, and more.
Kinship
A creative design studio that bridges generational gaps through human storytelling. We record and preserve family stories through memory keepsakes, archival documentation, and thoughtfully designed narrative formats. What You Will Do
Founder Support Manage the founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate travel and related logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, passports, speaking engagements, workshops, and events.
Draft and send emails, proposals, introductory messages, follow-ups, and other communication using AI and internal templates where appropriate.
Coordinate personal and household requirements, including online purchases, pantry refills, subscriptions, repairs, maintenance, gifting, and third-party vendors.
Track orders, payments, refunds, expenses, and recurring transactions, ensuring all follow-ups are completed.
Serve as a reliable point of coordination for requests requiring the founder's attention, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
Handle personal and professional information with discretion, sound judgement, and reliability.
Operations & Project Coordination Coordinate day-to-day execution across
ThriveSpace, Kinship, and other active projects. Keep projects moving by coordinating timelines, following up with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners. Track action items across ventures and ensure commitments are completed on time. Research and outreach across active projects, partnerships, vendors, and new opportunities whenever required. Provide logistical support for workshops, events, experiences, and founder-led initiatives. Hiring & People Coordination Coordinate recruitment across multiple roles, from posting positions to scheduling interviews and onboarding logistics. Screen applications and organise candidate pipelines before founder review. Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and onboarding records. Support people operations and other team coordination requirements as the organisation grows.
What We're Looking For
Based in Ahmedabad and available to work from the office.
2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, administration, project coordination, HR coordination, or similar roles.
Exceptionally organised with a natural ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving without constant supervision.
Someone who follows up, follows through, and consistently closes the loop. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve regularly. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Google Workspace, AI tools, and comfortable learning new software quickly.
Proactive, dependable, and resourceful, with the ability to solve problems independently and exercise good judgement.
Highly reliable and trusted to handle confidential information, sensitive situations, and day-to-day responsibilities with discretion.
Kind, collaborative, emotionally mature, and open to giving and receiving feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
