We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
- Drive enrollments by effectively presenting program benefits and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Education:
- B.Tech, B.Com, BBA
- M.Tech, MBA (Marketing & Sales)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales aptitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Prior EdTech experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
