- Accreditation & Compliance: Spearhead the preparation, implementation, and renewal processes for clinical standards.
- Incident Management: Investigate sentinel events, medication errors, and near-misses using root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Audit & Reporting: Conduct routine internal departmental audits (clinical, file, and hygiene) and create monthly quality dashboards.
- Staff Training: Educate clinical, nursing, and support staff on safety protocols, emergency drills, and quality standards.
- Patient Experience: Monitor patient feedback, analyze satisfaction scores, and address grievances to optimize the overall care journey
Pay: ₹9,934.91 - ₹32,905.33 per month
