The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring timely production, quality compliance, manpower efficiency, and cost control in manufacturing Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily production plan as per schedule (machine-wise / line-wise)
- Ensure target achievement (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Monitor production flow, bottlenecks, and downtime
- Coordinate with stores for raw material availability
- Production supervisors ensure manufacturing runs efficiently and meets schedules.
Manpower Management
- Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters, painters, assembly staff
- Handle shift planning & attendance
- Train workers on SOPs and new processes
- Maintain discipline and productivity on shop floor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
