Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls to interact with international prospects and clients
2. Generate leads, qualify inquiries, and convert potential clients through effective communication
3. Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to drive conversions
4. Achieve performance targets including lead generation, conversion, quality, and sales KPIs
5. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and follow-ups
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
