Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with 5+ years of marketing experience to lead and execute marketing strategies for our jewellery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving footfall and sales, managing digital and offline campaigns, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and online advertising platforms.
- Manage the store's social media presence, content calendar, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, exhibitions, and in-store events.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly ROI reports.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, influencers, photographers, and media partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee branding activities and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Support e-commerce and online sales growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in jewellery, retail, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics.
- Experience in campaign planning, brand management, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools.

- Experience with jewellery retail marketing and festive campaign planning.
