- Conducting property site visits and presenting residential/commercial projects to prospective buyers.
- Nurturing incoming leads through regular follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Handling negotiations, closing sales deals, and assisting clients with the booking process.
- Achieving individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets..
- Monitoring competitor activities, pricing structures, and promotional offers in the micro-market.
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer preferences, budget trends, and market demand.
- Participating in property expos, corporate presentations, and local networking events.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all leads, site visits, and conversions in the CRM software.
- Ensuring timely collection of booking amounts and initial installments from clients.
- Coordinating with the customer service and legal teams for smooth documentation and sale agreements.
