Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Mathematics

Reporting To: Principal / Head of Department (Mathematics)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Classes XI & XII as per the latest CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Deliver concept-based and application-oriented lessons in topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability, and Statistics.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and support competitive exam readiness (JEE/CUET where applicable).
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
- Use technology-enabled teaching methods, smart boards, and digital learning platforms.
- Maintain student performance records and communicate progress to parents.
- Organize remedial classes, enrichment activities, Olympiads, quizzes, and mathematics-related events.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and school activities.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and board examination patterns.
Skills Required
- Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication in English.
- Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching tools.
- Ability to motivate and mentor senior secondary students.
Experience
- Typically 2–10 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE schools, preferably at the senior secondary level.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
