Position: Assistant Professor – Commerce with Computer Applications

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Teach undergraduate students in Commerce and Computer Application subjects.
· Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
· Conduct classes, practical sessions, seminars, and student assessments.
· Monitor student attendance, performance, and academic progress.
· Guide students in projects, internships, and career development activities.
· Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and college events.
· Maintain academic records and submit reports as required.
· Support research, extension activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
· Perform administrative and other duties assigned by the Head of the Department and Management.
· Collaborate with relevant industries and intership training
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) with specialization in Computer Applications or a related field.
· NET/SET/Ph.D qualification preferred as per UGC and regulatory requirements.
· Good communication, teaching, and computer skills.
Skills Required:
· Subject knowledge in Commerce and Computer Applications.
· Effective classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and educational technologies.
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary:As per college norms and qualifications
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
