Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for clients using Tally / Zoho Books / other accounting software
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely GST compliance
- Compute and file TDS/TCS returns and assist with related compliance
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments, including vouching, documentation, and preparation of audit working papers
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and finalisation of accounts
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow summaries to support Virtual CFO engagements
- Coordinate with clients to collect data, resolve queries, and ensure timely turnaround
- Assist with basic ROC/MCA compliances and other regulatory filings
- Work closely with partners and seniors on advisory assignments, gaining exposure beyond routine compliance work
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (or semi-qualified CA) or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST/TDS portals; exposure to Zoho Books or similar tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS provisions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple client deliverables

Pay: ₹10,796.17 - ₹30,537.02 per month
