About the Role
Jesus Calls is seeking a dynamic, organized, and service-oriented Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ministry events across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and communicate effectively with participants and teams from different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of ministry events, conferences, crusades, leadership meetings, partner gatherings, and special programs.
- Coordinate with internal departments, regional offices, vendors, volunteers, churches, and external service providers.
- Arrange venues, travel, accommodation, transportation, stage setup, audio-visual requirements, and other event logistics.
- Coordinate registrations, participant communication, guest hospitality, and VIP arrangements.
- Liaise with regional teams across India to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Ensure all event materials, branding elements, gifts, certificates, and promotional items are ready before the event.
- Supervise vendors and volunteers during events and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Maintain event budgets, expense records, vendor databases, and post-event reports.
- Travel extensively across India to coordinate and manage ministry events.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management, operations, hospitality, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Experience in coordinating large-scale events will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to interact confidently with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to work during weekends, public holidays, and extended hours whenever required for ministry events.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
