The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for various departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and benefits, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates and enhancing our employer brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
