Department: Production / Manufacturing Job Summary The CNC Machine Supervisor is responsible for supervising CNC machine operators, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, monitoring machine performance, and enforcing safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise CNC machine operators and production activities. Plan and allocate daily production work. Monitor machine performance and productivity. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Coordinate machine setup, tool changes, and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot machining and production issues. Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain production records and reports. Train and guide CNC operators on work procedures and safety practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning departments. Requirements Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of CNC machining experience. Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of CNC Milling, CNC Turning, and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting).
