We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support the sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and prior experience in sales support. Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred.

Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices.

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, tracking, and timely execution.

Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports using MS Excel and CRM systems.

Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries to ensure timely closure.

Coordinate with the Accounts, Logistics, Dispatch, and other internal departments for smooth business operations.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.

Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all sales transactions.

Assist the sales team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.

Experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and basic knowledge of CRM software.
