Quality Engineer
Department: Quality / Projects Location: Mumbai Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience Required: 7 to 10 Years Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Civil) Reporting To: Project Manager / QA-QC Head
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure quality compliance across all construction activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in RCC quality checks, finishing inspections, material testing, and implementation of QA/QC processes at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all construction activities.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Perform pre-concreting checks and ensure compliance before casting.
- Conduct concrete quality checks such as slump tests and cube tests.
- Verify workmanship quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quality checklists, inspection reports, and audit records.
- Identify non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures and standards.
- Monitor finishing quality and handover standards.
