Logtech Business Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager for its TVS showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Experience in two-wheeler sales, especially electric scooters, will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing showroom sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent product demonstrations.
- Promote and sell TVS motorcycles and electric scooters.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare sales reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Organize showroom events, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of vehicles in the showroom.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in two-wheeler sales.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Experience in electric scooter sales will be an advantage.
