Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Hazira, Gujarat (Candidates should be willing to relocate to Hazira)
Experience: 4–8 Years
CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5.0 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with proven experience in the Logistics, CFS, CHA, Import & Export, or 3PL Warehouse industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent business development skills, and a proven track record in revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Logistics, CFS, CHA, Import & Export, and 3PL sectors.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into long-term business.
- Promote warehouse, logistics, and value-added service offerings.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business forecasts.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in CFS, CHA, Import & Export, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or 3PL Warehouse Marketing.
- Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business development.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Hazira.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
