- Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to clients
- Explain services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close leads
- Follow up with clients and maintain call records
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely
- Update CRM or internal systems with accurate information
