About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Analytics & Measurement Specialist to join our growing analytics team. This role will play a critical part in implementing and maintaining accurate, privacy-compliant, and scalable tracking solutions across multiple client projects.
As a Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner, measurement sits at the core of how we evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact. You will work closely with the Digital Analytics Director and cross-functional media teams to deliver reliable analytics implementations, server-side tracking solutions, and robust measurement frameworks.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking, Meta CAPI, and modern measurement architecture, along with a strong focus on data quality, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Implement and maintain tracking and tagging across client websites using Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-Side) and similar platforms

Configure and manage Google Analytics 4 properties, including:

Event tracking

Conversion setup
-
Custom dimensions
-
Data streams
-
Implement server-side tracking solutions and Conversions API (CAPI) integrations across platforms such as:

Translate measurement plans into scalable technical implementations and tracking specifications
-
Handle ongoing tagging and tracking requests with effective prioritization and delivery

Conduct tracking audits to identify:
-
Missing tracking
-
Data duplication
-
Attribution gaps
-
Data inconsistencies
-
Troubleshoot complex measurement issues including:

Data drops
-
Deduplication errors
-
Attribution discrepancies
-
Perform end-to-end QA using:

Browser developer tools
-
Tag Assistant
-
Network logs
-
Server logs
-
Maintain high standards of documentation, naming conventions, and implementation processes

Conduct consent and privacy reviews to ensure compliance with:

Consent Mode requirements

Client-specific privacy standards

Validate proper tag firing and consent management workflows

Work with Consent Management Platforms such as:

Work closely with media and development teams to ensure accurate campaign measurement

Support client onboarding with proper analytics implementation from project initiation
-
Build and maintain scalable data layers in collaboration with developers
-
QA the work of internal team members to maintain implementation quality standards
-
Support the Digital Analytics Director in building reusable measurement frameworks and implementation best practices

Required skillset-
-
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, tagging, or measurement implementation

Strong expertise in:

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Server-Side GTM
-
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Proven experience implementing:

Meta Conversions API (CAPI)

Server-side tracking solutions

Advanced event tracking

Strong knowledge of JavaScript variables and custom tracking implementations

Experience designing and implementing structured data layers
