Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and reconcile customer/vendor accounts.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Maintain inventory and fixed asset records.
- Process supplier invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Prepare and verify e-way bills, e-invoices, and related documentation where applicable.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and purchase departments for inventory and cost accounting.
- Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing, if required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform any other finance and accounting tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- B.com/BBA or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, ERP systems, or similar.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of inventory accounting and manufacturing processes is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
