Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our advanced genetic and genomic diagnostic testing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales, with strong doctor relationship management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in Clinical Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, Advanced Diagnostics, or Genetic Testing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and drive sales of advanced genetic and genomic diagnostic tests including:
- Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Whole Exome Sequencing (WES)
- Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS)
- Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT)
- Chromosomal Microarray Analysis (CMA)
- Prenatal Genetic Testing
- Pharmacogenomics Testing
- Gut Microbiome Testing
- Rare Disease Panels and other specialized diagnostic tests
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Engage with specialists including:
- Pediatric Neurologists
- Gastroenterologists
- Gynecologists & Obstetricians
- Fetal Medicine Specialists (FMS)
- Cardiologists
- Psychiatrists
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Follow up on patient cases and ensure smooth coordination from sample collection to report delivery.
- Coordinate with phlebotomy, logistics, laboratory, and backend teams for seamless operations.
- Conduct regular doctor visits, presentations, and scientific discussions regarding test utility and clinical applications.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pharma Sales, Diagnostics Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Molecular Diagnostics Sales.
- Experience in Clinical Genomics or Advanced Diagnostics will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
